Chelsea and Frank Lampard were handed a massive injury boost on Wednesday with the news that Reece James has returned to full training.
The right-back had to undergo surgery in the summer after he damaged ligaments in his ankle during the Toulon Tournament whilst representing England.
But he's back fit and raring to go.
One question on some supporters' minds is when will they see James in action.
Could he be in the squad to face Wolves at the weekend? Will Lampard be patient? Or will James be held back until the Carabao Cup third round clash against Grimsby Town on September 25?
Our Chelsea writer Oliver Harbord gave his thoughts on when fans can expect to see James in action during an Q&A session with fans last week where he said Friday is a possibilty.
"Callum Hudson-Odoi and Antonio Rudiger seem to be a good far along in their recovery, and James isn’t too far behind them.
"James has been working hard on his fitness, with the fitness coaches on ball work outside.
"There is some hope that he could be back to play for the U23s in their match on September 13, looking to be fighting for a first team spot soon after that."
The Blues' Under-23's match is against Brighton & Hove Albion with a seven o'clock kick-off at Stamford Bridge.
There has also been reports that Callum Hudson-Odoi could also make his comeback from injury in that match, so that's even more of a reason for fans to get down to west London.
Patience will be needed with James as he's been out of action for a while and this season is his first taste of top flight football.
Following the departure of Davide Zappacosta on loan to AS Roma during the summer, coupled with Cesar Azpilicueta's struggles in the early season there is a chance for the Blues wonderkid to grab the right-back spot with both hands.
Something which he's always dreamed of.
PREMIER LEAGUE 2019/20 SEPTEMBER FIXTURES
"Ever since I’ve been at Chelsea, my dream has been to become a first-team player," James told The Independent. "This is the team I support.
"This has always been my dream: to make my debut for Chelsea. The dream I had when I first played for the club as a youngster.
"I'm more motivated than I’ve ever been…and I’d like to think I never take a step back."
